Despite some criticism from those who advocate the use of traditional gaming devices, mobile gaming is here to stay as dedicated esports competition flourish across the world.

Asus’ ROG Phone line has been designed with mobile gaming in mind, and there are several rumors about the third phone in the series.
Great display
The first two ROG Phones have been a major success for the company as they received stellar reviews from users and reviewers alike. Asus engineers worked hard on the construction of a smartphone that complements gaming in every possible way, and the upcoming ROG 3 is shaping up to be a beast.
According to a recent leak, the smartphone will come with a 6.59-inch AMOLED panel that should offer a 120Hz refresh rate and a resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels.
Impressive specs
Qualcomm’s finest will be present in the form of an enhanced Snapdragon 865 chip. While the standard version of the SoC is clocked at 2.84 GHz, but data obtained from TENNA mentions that the version present on the ROG Phone 3 can reach 3.091 GHz.
Asus will offer the device in three different configurations, with 8GB, 12GB or 16GB of RAM and 128GB, 256GB OR 512GB of built-in storage space, which should be more than enough to store and enjoy a vast collection of games without issues. On the rear, the device will sport a triple camera array with a 64 MP sensor. It was also mentioned that the device will have a massive 5800 mAh battery.
An official announcement should be offered by Asus in the following months.
