Pokemon Sword and Shield: How to Get The Galarian Zapdos, Articuno, and Moltres?

The Crown Tundra DLC arrived for Pokemon Sword and Shield, providing an even more pleasant experience for the gamers than before. The Pokemon franchise never seems to get old, as it continues even nowadays with two of its most important titles: Sword and Shield and the augmented reality game Pokemon GO.

The Crown Tundra DLC for Pokemon Sword and Shield revealed the Legendary Bird Trio from the Kanto region and the very first generation: Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres. They’ll get Galarian Forms, and getting your hands on one of them could be a real pain. Here’s how to do it:

Visit the Dyna Tree from The Crown Tundra

More precisely, you’ll have to go to the most southern region of The Crown Tundra. Once you arrive, you’ll see a cutscene of the trio of the above-mentioned legendary Pokemon as they’re fighting against each other.

The Legendary Birds will be wandering around different areas of the Galar region. They can be found in the overworld.

You can find Galarian Zapdos in the Wild Area of the main Galar region. This Pokémon will appear in the overworld and try to run away from you once you get too close.

Galarian Articuno will also be seen flying overhead across The Crown Tundra, and once you get close, it will acknowledge your presence by creating copies of itself. In this case, trainers will have to find the real Articuno and start a battle with it.

Galarian Moltres can be found as it flies over to The Isle of Armor. You’ll have to struggle a bit to even get to battle it, as you’ll have to find a way of staying under the Pokemon’s sight.

Feel free to share with us which one of the three legendary Pokemon is your favorite and why! The comment section is waiting for you!
