Honor smartphones have been reaching the market despite the Covid-19 pandemic and the nationwide lockdown. The Chinese manufacturer released the Honor 30 lineup that comprises the Honor 30+, Honor 30 Pro, and Honor 30 devices. Adding to that list, the Honor 30S was also claimed. New reports indicate that the Honor 30 lineup might introduce another device, most probably the Honor 30 Lite. Such news was released by a Chinese tipster who detailed on Weibo that the Honor 30 series will welcome another smartphone. The upcoming device is anticipated to arrive in June or mid-July.
Honor 30 Lite Expected Features
There are a few hints that the new device could be the Honor 30 Lite. Previously, the company released the Honor 20 and the Honor 20 Pro back in 2019. The Honor 20S device was later introduced to the lineup, followed by Honor 20 Lite was tipped as the last of the Honor 20 lineup. So far, the Honor 20 series welcomed the Honor 30 Pro, Honor 30 Pro+, and Honor 30. The latest to join the club is the Honor 30 Lite. Some reports have also been hinting at a rebrand concept, the Honor 30 Youth Edition.
Currently, there are no details regarding the features and specs of the speculated Honor 30 Lite. But, we could compare with other Honor 30 lineup smartphones and its immediate predecessor. For example, the Honor 30S was released as a high mid-range device with a Kirin 820 5G processor. So, we can expect Honor 30 Lite to house a Kirin 810 S0C.
Other reports suggest the Honor X10 lineup, which comprises the Honor X10 and the Honor X10 Pro devices, will be reaching the market on May 20. The smartphone should be released as the cheapest 5G device so far.
