Godzilla Versus Kong — Release Date, Plot, and Other Details

Adam Wingard, the film director alongside Terry Rosario, the writer, are the masterminds behind Godzilla versus Kong. The future American monster film has its own sequel individually released.

In 2017 we saw Kong: Skull Island, and in 2019 we saw the other sequel of Godzilla: King of Monsters. Now we will practically have the fourth film from the Legendary’s MonsterVerse. The idea is simple and terrifying at the same time. The world will watch helplessly at the confrontation between the gigantic Kong and the frightening Godzilla.

Godzilla versus Kong – Release date and plot

Back in 2014, the Legendary’s Monster Universe announced the fourth title, Godzilla versus Kong, for March 13, 2020. Unfortunately, guys, we have to wait longer for this monstrous confrontation, until November 20, 2020. However, now, if we have a delay on the release date, we don’t have a trailer. Maybe if the movie came in February, the trailer was now live, but until November, we have to wait.

Besides this, at the Comic-Con Experience from Sao Paolo, Warner Bros. revealed for the first time, footage from Godzilla versus Kong. From those images, we know that Godzilla is standing on the deck of an aircraft carrier and confronting Kong.

The fourth title will be for sure in other ways more excellent and exciting since the first movie from 1963. The plot of Godzilla versus Kong will try to answer the classic question of who will win the battle between two powerful forces.

Final words

Finally, Wingard himself doesn’t want a winner from this movie. We are all led to think that we will see a winner after this confrontation, but the director doesn’t want to end it like that. A twisting plot could be revealed in this fight between monsters, and it could turn out that the biggest evil is the man himself.
